Paper Plate Wreaths

Materials:
glue
9" paper plate
1 sheet of green tissue
1/2 sheet of red felt
white fabric paint
paper clip

Ahead of time, cut bows and circles out of the felt. Cut the center out of the paper plate. Glue paper clip on the back as a hanger. Cut the tissue paper into 2" squares. Dip the bottom of each tissue piece into glue and place all around on the plate. Then glue the bow at the bottom of the wreath, and the red circles all around as berries. Write sentiment on the bow with the fabric paint
