Welcome to our Craft of the Month!

Craft Club page for January 1999

This month's craft was so simple even the littlest ones were able to participate!
A small amount of prior cutting was necessary, but nothing complicated.

Craft of the Month!

Turtles

Materials:
Glue;
paper plate;
green & other colors of construction paper;
black marker.

This craft is extremely simple. First, cut the head, tail and limbs for the turtle out of the construction paper. If your child is small, you will have to do this. Then tear squares out of the other colors for the shell.
Have your child glue the limbs to the plate, decorate the shell with the torn bits, and there you go! You have a turtle! Finish off by drawing face and toes.
