Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Prepare balsamic vinagrette in large bowl. Stir in carrot, broccoli and onions. Shir in tortellini. Makes 4 servings.
Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup balsamic or cider vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (1 tsp if dried)
2 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Mix all ingredients
